The 29th of August, a little late, Ray arrived and the show started up, after being introuduced by the compere from the Stadtfest. The MUNGO JERRY 'COOL JESUS' line-up started up with 'TAKE ME BACK', and then the ELVIS PRESLEY number from the first LP, 'BABY LET'S PLAY HOUSE'. The set included 'LADY ROSE', 'LET'S WORK TOGETHER' and closed with 'JOHNNY B.GOODE' and the encore of 'IN THE SUMMERTIME'. The set lasted one hour and fifteen minutes, and raining heavily before the gig, but when Ray came on stage, sunny, and afterwards raining again.

It was a very good show with many songs from the first album, and the third album, 'YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE IN THE ARMY'.
