Here we have a collection of photographs and a review, sent in by Mungo fan and host of PAUL KING's website, JOHN BURTON, of the recent MUNGO JERRY gig held in Poole Park - 29/8/04 - which shows that despite Ray's recent poor health, the band are still knocking them dead. John writes, "Great free afternoon in Poole where Mungo headlined a selection of local muso's gathered together by Mr.Kyps.

Thankfully the weather stayed dry and a good crowd hung around to watch the band. They kicked off with, 'STATESBRO'BLUES' & 'MORNIN'DEW' and filled the rest of their set with all the hits, 'IN THE SUMMERTIME', 'BABY JUMP', 'LADY ROSE', etc. They ended with, 'JUST CAN'T SAY GOODBYE' and encored with 'RED LEATHER & CHROME'.

All in all, a fantastic show lasting 1 hour 20 minutes in return for a donation to the Poole Park fund which they thoroughly deserved".
